Best. Massage. Ever!
Paula is an incredible massage therapist. She is intuitive, informed, and skilled. When my back was out of whack for 4 weeks this fall, she helped me heal and become mobile and pain-free again. More recently, when I began to feel a soreness and low back tension that threatened to turn into pain and muscle spasm again, she gave me a thorough work-over that left me free of discomfort and completely healed. AND, she's just a great person, to boot!
I highly recommend Paula without reservation. Enjoy!!

Best massage I've ever received. I have bad arthritis and Paula adjusted the massage to my ailments. When she was done my entire body was stress and pain free. I've had other sessions where i left in pain with other practitioners. Not with Paula...she is amazing!
